The problem

Reports exist, but no two agree. Numbers come from manual exports, definitions drift, and leadership hesitates to act on dashboards they don't fully believe. The data isn't the problem. The foundation under it is.

My approach

I build reporting on a proper data model with consistent, documented definitions, connected to trustworthy sources, so a metric means the same thing everywhere and the dashboard becomes something people act on.

Trust is the whole product

A dashboard only matters if people act on it, and people only act on numbers they trust. That trust comes from the foundation: a clean model, one definition per metric, and sources that refresh reliably. I build that first, so the visuals sit on something solid.

Built on real foundations

When reporting sits on a well-structured Dataverse model (or a properly modelled source), the numbers stay consistent and the refresh stops being a manual chore. Where the underlying data needs shaping first, I treat that as part of the job.

Governed and shareable

Row-level security, workspace structure, and clear ownership mean the right people see the right numbers, and the reports stay maintainable as they spread across the organisation.
